- 2017 Sidewinder RTX LE
Hey there,
I just recently finished up studding my Sidewinder with 180 1.575 Woody's Trigger studs. I used the stock yamaha tunnel protectors and stayed out of the middle 3.5 inches to avoid the fins in the center of the tunnel. My only concern now would be ballooning the track and hitting the heat exchanger up front... I'm not too worried about hyfax wear and planned to run the track nice and snug.
I assume there are lots here with a similar setup, guess what I'm asking is how tight are you running your track and have you noticed any issues with the stock yamaha protectors?
