Track tension

I just finished installing the new collars from Garsario and put the skid back together and back into the sled. The only problem I have is I don't have an owners manual and I am not sure what the proper track tension should be. Anybody got any idea what it should be and how to ckeck it?

Approx. 1 1/8"-1 1/4" between the track & rails with 20lbs. of pressure in the middle of track.
