If you are looking for best handling... set it to least amount of transfer...
If you want best drag racing setup, set them to full transfer..

I'll also agree with Welt on this one. I don't think the transfer rods were meant to be ridden in just one setting. I'm always changing mine. That was one of the reasons I went with Max Perf Quick Rods. Their adjustment knob can be easily adjusted by hand. Plus, they have more lines of adjustment.

The top line on the rod is for the most transfer and the bottom line is for the least transfer.
