thats way too low, should be around 1750. up at the front behind your left a arms there should be a rubber cap. take it out and warm the sled up. should be a phillips screw in there that you tighten and the rpms will go up.
could be a good place to start.

it could explain the missing down low.
i think this adjustment changes the sctual lengh of the throttle cable because of the way its written in the manual imo. so it could be that you cantget the throttle opend all the way?? might be far fetched but i would give it a try, if it fiexes the missfires on the low rpm's then you only have a problem with the higher rpms.
either way it should be higher so it would be good to adjust it.

I would check to see if the throttle bodies are still attached to the block. They can pull off the rubber boots if someone tried to remove the air box without getting all the screws out that hold the air box to the throttle bodies.
This would seriously lean out your sled.

How did the plugs look when you took them out?We need to try figuring out if this is a fuel or electrical issue.

Just a thought, but also check the exhaust for obstructions.
If the sled stored and it's doing this for the first time this year, I'm gonna go out on a limb and say something fuzzy's been living in the exhaust...
When running, what kind of exhaust pressure is there?

If you dont find anything furry in the exhaust , then check the airbox, as they love to crawl in there too.
