how many miles on the machine, the suspension is all rusted, what size studs are those and how many?

Notice that the reinforcing plate on the sides of the tunnel / running boards do not have holes matched with the holes in the running boards ... pita as a several little lumps of ice form right under your feet. On the nitro the reinforcing angle has the holes cut to match the holes in the boards to allow the snow / ice to fall away ... an oversight on the phazer?
A small item to be remmied before next season.

Glad you liked them Cannondale. I was wondering how you liked them. I do have more that I made up also.

And for whoever that asked those are 1.625" StudBoy power points. I also drilled holes in my running board supports to match the ones on the top after the picture was taken.

Picked up my new 07 Phazer this morning. The dealer had already installed the snow panels. The mechanic said it was part of an update.

Snow panels. The hole is still there. I'm new to the phazer so bear with me. My question is (I am not an engineer) why do they have the hole? It can't add more then a lb or 2. I think a solid tunnel would have helped the strength. Heat build up can be taken care of with heat shields, etc.

My dealer told me that yamaha is not updating 07-08 phazers with the new 09 tunnel panels and such. I'm a bit dissapointed by this. Is anybody else having any luck getting this??

Maybe check with another dealer? Like I said, the dealer had already installed the shields (plastic ones) on mine. brand new 07.

call excell motorsports he has block off plates. i think their like 59 dollars. seems cheap and it stops the ice build uo
