I will tell you this he was running way to much octain. We ran 105 octain VP red on 12 pounds we could hold it at any distace with out detonation.
Guys running more octain then your suppose to is very bad. Not only will it cause a Melt down it will also Gum the valvesvery badly. With out the Compression to burn the fuel properly your causeing major issues.
Mc Express Recommends 93 octain fuel on 17.5 poundsw of boost with Low compression pistons. You were running 25 points higher then rocmmended!!!!!
