There seems to be a lot more turbos being used than superchargers. What are the benefits of a turbo over a supercharger or vise versa. The super seems to produce a little less HP but I like the way you don't seem to be able to see anything different about the sled. This comment is based on the pics I seen of a Phazer with the MPI supercharger. All comments are appreciated.

The turbo can look just like a blower, where its unnoticed depending on which kit you get of course.

Super seems to make less power, but has instant boost. You are at 10lbs of boost as soon as you get the throttle pinned. Turbo lags a bit. Something i like about the turbo is the fact that you can have a switch to turn up the boost whereas a blower you have to change pullies, etc. Turbo can also be made to make more power than a supercharger, so for all out power a turbo is the way to have it.

If ever i get boost it will probably be a supercharger just for instant boost and i dont need the power capacity of a turbo.
