Does anyone remember how to turn on the speedometer on 06 Rage without starting sled?

You'll have to remove the yellow 20a fuse in fuse box by reverse lever & run a jumper from battery positive lead to the top connector of the fuse you removed.

Hold up. Easier way I googled, but wanted to try 1st.
Kill switch up like you want it to start, hold thumbwarmer down and hold, and then turn key to run, still holding switch down. Gauges should light in 5-10 seconds
