So how do these rides work? Do we split up into groups depending on rider level? Just curious looking forward to meeting all the Totally Yamaha people.

usually we split into groups. meet in the morning for breakfast, introduce yourself and figure it out from there! you will have a great time!

I plan on boondocking from time to time. First time bringing the wife, but she likes the deep snow in the Iowa ditches. So I would like to get her off trail once....might end up getting her hooked! West here we come

I do mostly trail since my sled is really not set up for off trail......but you guys tell me...

I personally am a "TRAIL" kinda guy. Although my last trip up I got my first taste of boondocking. Just asked the guys that had to help dig me out....ummm....lets just say "to many times"

So what are the details on the curve trade in deal? I have several different sets, I need to know what set to put on it.

Well, we have to use the trails to get to the deep stuff, so.....
I love doing the off trail stuff.. I don't usually go more than about 15 - 20 miles from the hotel, but it depends on my mood. If I feel like trail riding, I'll pull the Apex out for some miles, but that isn't usually until I'm too tired to boondock!

Gina, Not sure if the family is coming yet, we ahven't had much time to discuss. I think it's spring break week anyway, so maybe we will all be there, but 9 hours is a looonnngg drive with 3 little girls.

Jen took Thurs. and Fri. off of work. we will most likely be there by thurs. evening. we are on a budget, so i do not think it would pay to leave wed. night and pay for a hotel room that night. We can not wait!
