I've never been on a larger group ride like this or a TY ride. What is the structure? Is there different groups based upon riding styles? Site seeing in one, medium, then fast, or just all together till the next stop? How many miles a day ballpark on an average ride? How many stop offs? I'm not much of a poker run guy and prefer to ride then party. That is why I ask. Is it only Yamaha's? Reason I ask is we have a rotating group I go with of three doo's, four Yami's and one cat, that usually go out, but I would probably drag one of them with. I see you guys tailgate in some of your pics. How does the food and
work? Just bring anything and pass it or...? Thanks for the help, and lets hope for a long snowy winter

Yes we set up different riding groups, Off Trail, Hi Speed, Family Site seeing... all depends on the number of people that joins us on a ride but we do try to get into groups that fit your riding style. Regardless of the group we do not drink and drive, so there is no exceptions and usually that will go hand in hand with a poker type run...all partying is after the rides.
If we tailgate we will usually talk about it the week prior and then everyone would chip in and bring things to share.
We try to limit the stops depending on the groups.... the length of ride, I would guess 120 to 170miles depending on the groups.
As far as other brands... we are open to other brands on the rides... we all have good friends that ride other brands and they are all welcome to join us if they can respect the ride and not allow a brand battle if you know what I mean.

Sounds perfect. I have been trying to get out more, and this could be the option. Also need to find some more people locally that ride, Which this may help also. Not everyone between kids, jobs, life etc can get out on the same schedules. So adding a couple of group rides would help add more needed/wanted riding time.

This is exactly why i hooked up with the TY rides. It seemed i could never get friends to sync up on schedules....(the very few 'riding' friends i have) so i said 'screw'em! i'll go ride without them. I came out to a TY ride completely solo not knowing ANYONE. just drove out to a ride, and 4 yrs later have been coming every year and made great friends.sheetwright said:Not everyone between kids, jobs, life etc can get out on the same schedules.
