Our small group is trying to plan a trip to either the U.P. or Maine for next week. We would like to go where ever the conditions are better. Never been to either place so just hoping for any advise. Thanks
:rocks:

northern maine is good right now, milinocket north, a little thin over my way but still great trails. A great place to stay mid way up is Katahdin lodge in moril, close to trails, always tons of snow, great riding south into the park and great riding north into the county.
If your up here and need anything, or get in a jamb, give me a call, if your coming up, I can pm my number. always good to have a local number in case of off trail or lost adventures.

Great little spot with a ton of offtrail riding, you can hit WI or run up to copper easy.

Heading to UP tomorrow after work, maybe see you out riding....starting in watersmeet and heading for copper harbor.

I'll keep an eye out for you.

Sounds good, I'll be with another nytro and a new all black xp 800 E-tec. Hopefully the ski-boom makes it :jump: Later

My group went out to the UP last weekend, we went as far north as Calumet to as far south as Bergland. We found the MOST snow in Twin Lakes and South Range. The Parkview Lodge was completely packed with sleds, it looked like a pretty good place to stay.
