Thanks Allen! I ordered my Stage2 clutch kit on Monday and it showed up on my doorstep on Wednesday. Cool!

I can't wait to try it out!

if you can post some R.W. results on the same track/conditions that would be great.
If you don't have a timing device, just run another sled several times before and after.

I will do my best, but I don't have conclusive "before" results with any type of radar runs. It would be nice to swap clutching components while I ride, but I usually trailer between 200 and 300 miles just to find good snow, so I can't realistically swap out clutching components on a trip. It would just be too much of a PITA since all I want to do is RIDE with the few trips I take each year.

I know how my sled has responded over the past 1400 miles in very good conditions, so hopefully that will be enough to base my conclusions upon.

My issues are a very sluggish backshift and over-rev which results in a rather soft power delivery when you hit the throttle at 60 or so. The clutching response is just "mushy" at trail speeds, and the over-rev condition when pulling away from a dead stop is annoying as well. If it runs at the correct rpm and has a better backshift I will be happy.

I'll also be trying out the green carb springs which may complicate my results as the throttle response should be a bit better with the new slide springs.

no snow in MI...that sux, It sux here in SE WI as well, we have had ridable snow and a complete meltdown twice this year. we have snow now, but the base we had was wiped out last week.
your rpms will tell the story as well as your seat of the pants impression.
