Is it common to have the heated under seat storage on a 2016 VK Pro to sweat any build up moisture to the extent spare gloves and hat get soaked?

I had the 2006 over the course of 20,ooo km never had the issue, if you leave the sled out in weather all year round covered or not makes no difference , it will and when in storage leaving the seat down will cause moisture to collect in the seat foam. once that foam gets an accumulation of water or moisture in it, it's a bugger to get out. when it get really cold the seat will be like a rock to sit on until the sled gets really warm. when in storage leave the seat open with a block of wood to stop it from closing and it should dry out over the summer months. cheers!
