Upgrade TD Flash in central WI?

Anyway to do a upgrade on a TD flash(eco trail) without sending ECU to Canada?? If anyone offers this please PM me. Just not seeing a list of Wisconsin dealers on TD site. I have version 1 and it does not have a knock light. Also considering a bump to powertrail. Thanks.

I highly recommend buying the flasher. You won't regret it.

I also know of a guy from eastern IA who is a dealer (Bormo85 on HCS) if these other guys can't get you set-up.
