I have replaced this wheel bearings and wheels like 4 times since owning the sled in 6,000 miles anyone else having issues with these upper boggies? This is on a 2010 Apex LTX GT with Mono suspension.
Most other suspensions have the larger wheel as Idlers ii that location. thinking of trying the larger ones? What is the other hole for? I know my other also have a full shaft across between the larger wheels? looking for some advice? I use Yamaha factory bearings as replacements. The good thing is they are easy to change even on the trail! I always run my track looser than stock settings.

Maybe try posting in the Apex section. Maybe all the techs are gone riding?

Try using the stock wheel in that location which is the same diameter as the one you are using but has a wider bearing (6205) which will help take the load there better. It looks to me like someone has been installing the black spoked accessory wheel in that location which has a narrower bearing (6005) than stock thus leading to your premature bearing issues. Give me a call if you have questions on getting the proper wheel.

Thanks Kevin, Did not realize that the wheels were That differant and had differant bearings. Size probally will matter in this case. The correct part # should be 8CR-4731A-00-00. I currently have the SMA-8FP38-01-BK that were left overs from running the larger wheels up front. Thanks for the input.
