I am looking at small oil leak somewhere on the top on the motor, and talking to a friend there was an issue that was posted about breather issues causing the part of the gasket to push out. Anyone have this? I am pulling the tank off tonight and will look, just would feel better if someone said yes, this happen do this? I plan on moving and relocating the breather tube up high next to my breather from the oil tank.
usually its the half moon by the camshafts that poop out

YES IT IS! Just pulled it apart, she will be back together Thursday when the new gasket get here. It tore right at the half moon.

This is what you do at the half moons before putting new gaskets on. Take a hammer and a punch. Peen about 9 holes from left to right on the head. Before the gasket apply red locktite in the half moon area. 2500 miles, 20 lbs. boost and no leaks.

Thank you FLYBYU, I was just going to ask that very question. The sled runs great! I was going to run a long breather hose up high next to my oil tank breather, and make it a "free" breathing as possible. I'll get some red locktite and get it back together.
