Since we are all talking about clutching...I noticed that my wife's vector digs down much sooner than my 03' with 05' clutching. I know I have a longer track, but hers just seems to dig when mine crawls like others have mentioned. I notice that the specs for the 05' vector are 16mm rollers, 8bu's, g-w-g, and pink secondary at 60'. I am going to gear her down 1 tooth to 19/40 and was thinking of throwing the 14.5 mm rollers on. Anyone try this???

sounds good
clutching
The 14.5's work awesome on the 3cylinders.I ran them between 1000ft all the way to over 12,000 ft of elevation.

So clear me up on this a bit, the 14.5 rollers grip the belt more? Should there be any other clutch changes? I agree with the gearing drop and think I may do the same.

LoneViper, yes the 14.5mm rollers grip the belt harder by making the weight act heavier. You may have to lighten up your weights slightly to get the proper RPM after going to the 14.5mm rollers.

srxspec, this in turn would eleminate some of the belt slip wile feathering the throttle in the trees. IE burned rubber. I think the gearing would also make a difference, It made a huge difference on my Viper. Correct me if I am wrong.
yes it will eleminate beldt slip I didn't have any and the gearing will also help.
