Tried a search but didn't come up with anything. friend of mine has I believe an 11 Venture and it keeps blowing the fuel pump fuse. put in a new one will run a few and blow again. Any ideas where to start looking?

might have a bad relay for my 1st suggestion. if it is getting hot it is bad. test by swaping in a new relay or a different one.
next I would ohm test the wires to the fuel pump and check for a rub through.
last thing I would look at is the fuel pump. I have had one that would heat up and quit on my truck if I did not have enough gas in the tank to keep it submereged. my 08 wr250x did this to me this summer as well.

turned out the fuel pump was toast. He traded it in for a 13 Vector
