First off, I know that these clutches are normally noisy. This is different.
Its a loud ticking, from idle right up to full throttle. I pulled it off, had a good look at it and I cant see anything wrong. buttons look good, no flat spots on the rollers, weights have play in them but nothin different than when it was new.
Any Ideas guys? what should I be checking?

I think your just hearing normal sounds from the sled,I could be wrong. Someone with more info will chime in

Does it make noise without clutch on ?Just to see if noise is in clutch. Have heard some people put o-ring on heal of weight and that makes them not so loud.
