Hi guys,

My Mtx 2017 has started to vibrate just before it stops. If I lower the speed gently there is no vibration, but if I just let the throttle of i get the hard vibration just before it stops. However I can't feel it in deep snow, its only on hard surface, like a trail.
Can it be that the clutch does not release the belt in time?

Has anyone had this problem?

I think i have found the problem. The track clips are wearing on the drivers. I tried to adjust the track alignment with no luck.
Will talk to the dealer tomorrow. 20180101_131907 (Medium).jpg

Wearing might be an understatement, eating possibly. Good luck at the dealers.

I am experiencing a similar thing. This is how my drivers look, same problem? Tried to explain to my dealer but couldn’t figure out where it came from before I saw this thread. It’s when I let go of the throttle I have these vibrations (rattling?) sound. It does not happen if I do not release the throttle all the way. I have like 100km on track + drivers since track swap but you can already see some wearing on them. Is it normal?

Yupp, that is what I got.
If I let off the throttle slowly it does not rattle. When idling down from a steep hill it rattles.

Mine is at the dealer, so we just have to wait and see.

Same problem i’m having. Eating the drivers. At dealer now. They are telling me my tunnel is bent. In the back making that the issue. Doesn’t make sense. Been on the phone with Yamaha a couple times now. No help never heard of it. They want $7,000 to replace tunnel.
