Yamaha site shows 1.5 track lugs in 1 spot & 1.25 in another?
Anybody know for sure what track lugs are?

LTX is 1.25" Rip Saw 2, XTX has the 1.6" Cobra

One other quick thing about the rear end, I believe the xtx is not a coupled rear skid while the shortie and the ltx are coupled.

More transfer to pick the skis up in the powder, usually hurts trail manners

Coupled would be better for general trail riding. In simple terms, less bucking.

The Cat coupled rear end works extremely well especially with the sliding front arm - It makes stutters disappear.
If your a trail rider and like to go off road some times get the LTX - if your off trail more than 75% get the XTX
