Anyone know what they run? I'm looking for a deeper sound not a really whiney/tinny two stroke sound. It's hard to tell from the youtube vids as there's so much track noise and the ride specific ones have had tons of wind noise. NOS-PRO has a nice Evo and MBRP vids, but curious if anyone else had any. Bikeman sounds decent too, but nothing in real snow. Or is it just a multitude of upgrades to get that sound?

From all that I have tested or heard, the throatiest muffler was D&D Barker....but it was god awful LOUD! Next in line would be the MBRP or Skins.

All depends on how they are built (packing or no packing), canister muffler compared to straight thru, loud vrs. quiet.

Hope some more members can post some videos to compare ;)!
 
I find that my sled with the sandale exhaust sounds similar to the hill climb video.
 
NOS did you have the MBRP Trail or Race Can? How is the pipe n packing compared to Evo?
Trevor11 do you have a clip of u riding? Is it ridiculously loud? All I've been able to find is this vid for Sandale
 
Haha that video is of me, it's not as loud as it sounds. I think the echo from the lake made it sound louder.
 
Hindle supplied full systems for the Nytros and I'm pretty sure the did for the first year of the viper...not sure if they still do.

I had the original MBRP (coated steel with the polished outside). It was the trail version. The new style is better from what I understand and sounds the same.

Right now, I have a Viper with the MBRP can, my Viper with EVO header and muffler, Viper with Skins muffler and Viper totally stock. Coming this Saturday is a turbo Viper....not sure what exhaust. We are predicted to get 4-8 inches of white stuff and hopefully can get some video of all of these running on my "test track" :)
(I'll even throw in a SRX with triple pipe/howler, a Phazer with dual aftermarket exhaust, Nytro with stock exhaust, SXR500 with modified stock can and a ProStock Vmax4 with ISR legal silencers.... LOL)
 
WTF Terry?! Did I read that right? 4 Vipers and a fifth one coming boosted?!?! Very jealous but looking forward to those vids...did u have to clutch with just the MBRP can?

Trevorl1 Do you have any Pics or vids of can up close? Or is it a full exhaust? I would be very interested to see and hear it. Also if in Winnipeg where did you buy it? Can't find their website

Mr. Sled - Straight Line or Starting Line ?

I assume full Header and Exhaust needs clutching for sure?
