I'm trying to figure out where I should tie into the power on my heated visor on my RX1. On my vmax I ran it right to the battery, but I can't even see how to get to the battery on the RX1... Ideas?
The blue and white wire coming out of the fuse block works great. Then just attach your ground to an existing frame bolt with a o ring connector. Bye the way, your battery is right under your airbox and your oil filter is right under your battery tray.

blue & white, isn't that the headlight? I tried that one and blew fuses. Is that the most common choice?
Ive had it like that since day one and never once blew a fuse. I believe I wired mine like that because of what other guys on here were doing. The heated visor does not draw very much power at all so you should be able to hook it to any swithched hot wire on the sled I would think.
I just ordered the kit for mine and when it comes in I am going to run it straight to the battery. I wouldn't run it any other way.
If you don't want to go through the hassle of running the wire all the way to the battery under the air box, there is always the "jumper cables" that come out by the oil tank. You can easily tap both of those wires for the power and the ground.
I am surprised the sled didn't come with it. My 02 edge-x had it from the factory.
