VL project

This week I started to refresh the front end of my VL. At 2500 miles I had 3/4" steering play. Here's what I done so far. Up Bushman spindle kit and steering kit. Ulmer a arm bushing kit. Oil and filter change. Loctite on starter bolts. Sand blasted spindles, arms, bumpers, and rear basket and repainted them, they were getting rusty. Painted my hood and tank plastic blue and added new decals. When I bought my sled I nicknamed it "crusty" but by winter this will be a great looking sled. I have a new seat cover on order and plan on putting a set of Simmons on it by the time the snow flys. I almost forgot, I ordered a Sled Start too.
