Voltage regulator temp

In regards to the front storage bag area, does anyone now how warm the voltage regulator gets ? I found other posts about the storage bags and people asking about the temp, but no answers.

Now that some of you have a fair amount of time on them, didn't know if there were any findings.

I was also wondering this myself, I just received my bag today from Port Yamaha. Anybody have any troubles with the regulator?

I've had the bag since the first time I rode. 550 miles and no problem. I touched it once just to check and it was like putting your hand in your pocket. They wouldn't sell the bag for it if it was going to get too hot on it.

I did put a piece of foam between it and the bag so it would not rub a hole in the bag.

I agree, they wouldn't make the bag if it got hot, I'm just being picky.
