Want to set up both front & rear shock preloads 04 RX1

I want to stop the darting on this 04 RX1 I have moved all the shock preloads even the limiter strap I would like to reset all of this to what has been working for most everone I sold it to a friend &FROSTY said to put duelys on it and we will start with that because there is 10 inch bars on it now any other ideas ?
