Warrior Heat Exchanger

Every long track I have had in the past would always heat up in low snow conditions. The Warrior is not an exeption. But keep in mind the light only comes on at low snow conditions. Yes Mikeb the track might hit the rails when you ride hard once in a while but it is good insurance. the only other cooler that might work is the viper mountain cooler. But there is a lot more work involved to adapt it to the Warrior. If there was a way to change the tits that come out of this cooler it could be mounted all the way to the end of the tunnel extension and probbibly avoid the tunnel protecter extensions all together.

Different approach

Need to do some finish work but should be ok

Mike where did you get the aluminum stock? I will be adding the rear heat exchanger to my sled within the next two weks. I too want to put some type of guard on the exchnger.

that bolt and washer that you have put on in the front of that piece will rub against the track when you put the sled in reverse. I know cause last winter I installed 2 temporarry pieces like that and thats what happened to me. Smooth it out or it will damage your track.

Better ... but still needs work

Made some improvements

I was thinking about putting this on my Rage......
I just wanted to know........does the Rear Exchanger have that bleeder screw on it?

what do you use to enlarge the holes where the crossover went? I was told these holes need to be made larger in order to get the new exhanger in.
