Warrior traction brackets...rivets hole problems

I picked up a set of the black running board traction brackets for my Warrior. But the two rear rivet locations will go right through the heat exchanger. The part number and description on the package indicate the correct item of the Warrior. Seems odd, were the running board heat exchangers widened on the 05 ?

Yeah, they go through the heat exchanger. Thats ok since the coolant only flows through the ribbed part.

05 brackets are different than 03-04 make sure you have right ones.
