pulled my intercooler off yesterday to do some jetting and was surprised at how much water was in there. Only had a couple of hours riding time on it and we don't have a lot of snow, in fact, i am having to ride the edges of the trails just to stop sliders from sticking. Anyone have ideas to stop this, it can't be good splashing around, bound to ingest some water through carbs. I dId notice how low the temps stay under the hood.

Might have to drill & tap a manual drain in it if it gives any problems, I'm not sure if the material is thick enough without welding a boss on though.

You should try drilling 2 very small holes, one at each side of the lowest
location on plenum. I am shure it wont afect performance :ORC

Had this problem last year with Bender's kit. You are sucking in steam and water throught your air filter. A solid plate under the turbo (intake side at least) and a plate that seperates the intake side from the exhaust will cure it.
I can email pics if you want.

No water, oil, mice etc. in my intercooler. Had it off to do an oil change, clean as a whistle.
