ctsnowguy, the speedo sensor gear is replaceable, but if it is just a little shinny, it should still work. It has a magnet on the inside that the speedo sensor picks up. Are you looking for the electrical sensor pick up? Cause if the plastic is damaged on that, it needs to be replaced.
As for the bearing, I find it easier to leave the sled sit on the ground with the weigh of the sled on the suspension. It will make it easier to remove the bearing after you remove the set screws.
If you do a search on here, there are a few sites on where to get the bearings pretty cheap than going to Yamaha.

Thanks AttakSnow2, I havent been on here in awhile had to get the wisdom teeth pulled. Yes the speedo plastic sensor that wires up is shot from the bad bearing. Ill be back to normal Tuesday and tackle the drive bearing,thanks again
