it is time to replace my 08 nytro battery and i am not wanting a lithium but wouldnt mind a lighter one if its as good or better than stock.

where is the best place to go or order a new battery

go oem and you wont have problems.

A vote for Odyssey batteries for me.

Im gonna give my lifepo super lightweight ballistic battery another try this season.

If you dont care about weight i agree with thor452.
If you do, you dont want the oem battery.

problem is all of the "light weight batteries everone has reported on gave them problems when it was real cold.I have yet to hear anyone say my light weight batterie cranked my engine in -20 with no problems. there may be an option but i havent heard of it yet.My oem batteries have never failed me on all 3 four strokes i have had.also light weight ushaly means "can't take a beating" and my just short out and die in the middle of nowhere. waranty or not.

AGM. I have gotten many from batteries plus for many of my toys. No problems with any.

Wish I could say the same thing about my ballistic.
I am giving it another try this season ;)!

Im getting a ytz10s for early season use, and I have the ballistic for spring riding.

My original Yuasa battery that came in my '05 Vector was still going strong after 7 years and never been on a maintainer so I replaced it with the exact same model just because I was getting scared of it after that many years. Great battery and always started down to -20F.

Took my YUSA out last year after 5 seasons and stuck it in an old sled that I sold. Two season later is is still going strong.

Replaced my YUSA with another from Royal! No regrets! -40 and it starts like magic!

Interstate is all I use in everything
