What are people using for Crossover skis?

Hi Sean, I have an 05 Vector RS ER, I am extending from 121 to 136 Inch , and I am looking for a Good Crossover Ski and recommendations on the hardware to go with this setup . Any Advise would be much appreciated. thanks Charlie
