What Cat-suspension should I put on my 136" -04 Warrior

This is kind of funny and sad at the same time!

Why do you have to put AC suspensions on Yamaha machines? Can't Yamaha yet make a satisfactory suspension to complement their own machines? This makeover should be embarrassing to Yamaha id'd say! :o|

Oh yeah, I forgot the Bombardier skis that so many have installed to improve steering and control!

I know you are all trying to improve your machines and I can understand going with aftermarket stuff sometimes but when you have to swap major components from the competition sleds - it makes me wonder, something is definitely wrong with that picture.

I have a 2000 136" Mountain Thunder Cat skid in mine. For the front hole I used the template that most have used on here that is 6 3/4 inches in front of the existing center hole and is 6 3/4 inches down from the inside of the top of the tunnel. The rear hole for this skid is 31 1/4" center to center from the front hole. You can't go wrong. The difference in ride is night and day.

here ya go

Those measurements must be from an shorty. The centerhole on an Warrior is further back.

It would be better if anyone has the length between the original front hole and the new hole.

Second, the Yamma-chassi is now so wide as the Cat. That is not a problem with the front, but how do you solve the rear, it's not possible to cut the shaft.

Make the tunnel wider, it's like 15mm?
