what do you have to do to make p-85 pol clutch fit?

i would like to put a p-85 polaris primary on my rx-1 as i have tons of clutching parts and know the clutch inside out. will it need to be machined to fit or is it a bolt on?

Bolt On, just make sure you they are aligned when done.

Yes bolt on. I got my p85 from Hartman Inc. His kit had a plastic spacer that fit under the bolt that holds the clutch on and acts to partially keep the movable sleeve closed abit. I think it compensates for the yamaha belt being a little narrower then the Polaris belt. For a starting weight and spring setup do a seach for my post on what I'm using.
