We lost pretty much all the snow we had yesterday. Went from being -35F to 50f and rain in a couple days I mean what the ****. I was finally able to ride out from my house and onto trails and the groomers finally got it so there were no 3' deep brook crossings. Maybe have gotten 600 miles this year(half of that is just in the field around my house) And now it's gone.. I usually get 3000+miles a season and I can't even go up north because they have the same conditions I do outside my door... This season really needs to turn around. It just makes it worse when all the non snow liking people go isn't this warm weather awesome we need it. I'm just imagining in my head some very nasty words to say to them... Sorry I needed to rant my frustration somewhere.

Hey you should come up this way we have tonnes of snow!!! North of the border!

I just cancelled, this coming weekend, for 3rd time this year to Maine. I missed a couple good weekends because of schedule. May have to cancel my next week off to circumnavigate all around Maine. I'm sick to my OCD stomach! I ride Millinocket; well not this year! I was planning on 3000 miles & new spring order sled. That decision is getting a little hard to justify now...where in Maine do you ride?

I'm in Madison. About a 30-45 min sled ride south of Solon/Bingham. This year has just been horrible... Southern Maine has gotten more snow than up north... I keep hearing that up north wasn't that much better than where I am that's why we haven't trailered. Usually we have done 4-5 big Jackman area trips by now but from what I have herd it's not even worth it...

Baxter Park area & Jo-Mary have been quite good from what i hear, but you still have to get to those trails first. I hate driving 6 hours to ride an hour of ''snirt'', to ride 100 miles, then more snirt. Maybe i'll see you at Kakadjo or Pittson Farms some day. Have you ever taken the Libby's run from Shin Pond? Best trails in Maine...

Im sure, we took a couple trips up to Pittson farms last year. Im not sure if I have ever ridden the shin pond area but wile you are ridding with a group your not always sure where you are hahaha. Ive ridden around that area before so I wouldn't be surprised if I went through. Usually when we trailer depending on conditions we unload in the forks and go from there.

Don't feel bad. I got my first and only ride in last Sunday, got a whopping 50 miles so far this season

Snow checked 2 sleds last year couldn't wait for winter.(what winter)! Conditions have been"Bad." There they sit just like in the picture. Unless you go all the way up to upper Michigan not much snow .Well lets look at the bright side nothing broke.(except for my wallet).Calling for rain and 50 degrees this weekend. Heard they were talking about closing some trails up north in Wisconsin. Anybody for a game of golf...lol

Man I feel for you guys!!!! We have amazing conditions up this way and have more snow in the forecast!! The weather was been warmer then usual but It's a nice change from previous years riding in - double digits Celsius I'm on track to roll 5000km on my viper this season

Holy good for you! Well I know where you live so no wonder :p I've put on 300km this season, fiancé less. We didn't trailer anywhere due to lack of time off but hey....there is always next year!

Hey Dinner you still have allot of time left take your fiance up for a weekend get away your not that far!!! I just met up with another member here and 3 of his good buds from southern Ontario today and took them on some sweet WELL groomed trails! Great guys I made some new friends today!!

I feel your pain. Need snow. Did 300 miles in January around jackman rockwood and rangeley. Trails were rough but it was worth getting out. That rain storm killed riding statewide. Hopefully we get a decent storm soon I'm going crazy!!

Amazingly here in Michigan we have had decent riding since the end of Dec. We get a lot of lake effect snow where I live. Based on the pre-season forecasts I didn't expect to ride at all this year. I rolled over 1800 miles last night. I'm headed to the U.P. next weekend so I'm sure I'll get over 2000 this year. Not bad for an El Nino year!

Me too! I just rolled 1700 for the season and I'm taking one more U.P. Trip fingers crossed. I'm hellbent to eclipse 2000 plus miles every year for the past 3 season on the viper! [emoji1591]
