What headers are these?

Muffler/silencer pipe was cooked on my o5 rx1, bought new headers and silencer off of ebay, i was told they were stainless headers from an 03. When package arrived, these are what came with it. about 3 inches longer than my pipe(top one) obviously not stainless either. My headrers were fine, so i re-used them, now i have these left, any help in identifying these would be awesome, maybe find a new owner for them
