What is this plastic piece?

The little plastic I’ve circled is busted on one side and want to replace it but I can’t find it on a parts diagram. It’s the black plastic piece the push pin goes through.

If anyone knows a part number that would be great.

On the Cat microfiche it's called a retainer pin. Part Number: 6606-592
It's on the page with the Skid Plate And Side Panel. Not sure if they use different numbers.

It's part #61 in the Yamaha shroud microfiche. I see them on ebay in packs of two.
