what rpm is best?

i have a 06 attak and after my crash im not sure if its rev's like it should.. whats the best WOT rpm that i should be running? im hitting around 10,300-10,400...does that sound right? i thought b4 my smash up that it was a bit higher...

this is with brand new belt put on

My 06 attak recalling to about 11,000 with a worn belt. Stock with new belt and proper belt height in secondary should rev to about 10,700-10,800 I think. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
