what spark plug tool?

Hi guys just wondering what type of socket and size do i use to remove the spark plugs on a apex?

The spark plug tool that comes in the tool kit works fine.

Sweet, thanks for that) Those top plugs do you just pull them off to get to the plugs?

Yes, they just pull off.

Ya have to take the bolts out holding them in place first before pulling them out on an Apex as I recall.

For installing the plugs, I use a piece of rubber or plastic tubing. I push the tubing over the end of the plug which allows you to hold onto the plug while you place it back into the deep well in the top of the engine. Twist the tubing and feel your way to get the plugs to start threading into the head. This will prevent the plugs from getting cross threaded. I also use a very small amount of an antisieze compund on the threads.

wow, now that's thinking, I'll remember that when i Change them over

I couldn't pull them off after taking the bolt off ( my hand,arms are weak with age now) so I pryed a little while pulling and the caps came loose. I used the spark plug tool in the kit it worked fine.
