Hey guy's we have about a month left before sledding season is over! I should see 2000km on the odometer by the end of March! I absolutely love this sled and am thinking of playing around maybe a few simple mods? Any ideas?
First off clutch cleaning what do you guys do? Do you take the clutches totally apart? If so what tools will be required? I looked around and can't seem to find a step by step guide!
I am planning on adding a muffler from Sandale fabrication and maybe a clutch kit (I will contact Ulmer for a good set up to go with the pipe).
Also thinking of getting the secondary belt adjuster from one of the venders.
Second I plan on getting the upgraded rear 4 wheel kit and DuPont sliders (does the skid have to come out?)
Do you guys pull your skids out annually for inspection?
thanks
Marc

clutching (ulmer)
Evo exhaust setup
Four Stroke Solutions ROV
Full skid if you don't have one already
Yamaha extreme/racewerx front bumper
pulling the skid to do your mods isn't necessary, bu wont hurt anything either. One can fully inspect the skid with it intact, but it doesn't hurt to get familiar with how to drop it out and re install
