Go with the lightest and longest! So probably the 162 with the 3" pitch would be the best! The length will also help you from going over backwards with all that power!

Do you think there might be a problem with the 2.5" paddles? This is my first 4-stroke so I haven't spent much time looking at clearance issues.

I would think that fitting a 2.5" paddle in a stock tunnel would be difficult without a drop and roll. Just too many options and different ways to go.
