Hopefully your clutches dont have as much belt dust on them as sled does?
Lol no the clutches I clean every couple rides, I just wasn't able to get in behind to clean with the brake assembly installed. Ya the whole brake assembly slid off really easy actually, hardly and effort at all. Should I put some anti seize on the splines so it's just as easy as next time lol.

Oh good. I did antisieze it but then wiped any excess off so it didnt get on brake. Was bearing cruddy? Nice job

Thanks! Ya the bearing definitely needed a good cleaning an grease, it's definitely a good thing to do yearly. That dust seal that was popped out of the back of that mounting plate for the driveshaft does it sit flat with that mounting plate or should I push it in as far as it will go? If I push it in all the way it sits inside that backing plate about 1/4".

Sounds good I will just push that dust seal in until it's flush. Ya I did the jackshaft to it was still in excellent shape, just not much grease in it. The driveshaft bearing was really really bad, glad I was able to get it all cleaned up and looking new again. Took some time to clean all the rust and crud out but she's greased and good to go. Just have to install the brake assembly sometime tomorrow. Here's a pic of the driveshaft bearing, it's not the greatest pic but the bearing was nasty.
