i have the sled apart to do control arm bushings, bulkhead and all of the steering linkages on this used sled. the battery is original and stamped 2005 but has not given me any issues so far this season.
should i leave the battery or change it since everything is out?
also, the airfilter is super stinky with CCV fumes. is there a proper way to clean the sponge air filters or do i just leave it?
oh and i am also doing plugs since i do not know when or if they were ever done. do the cr10ek need to be gapped?
cheers

Don't wait for a problem. They last about 3-5 years but guys will tell you they sometimes last longer, but play it safe and change it!
