Where are you guys putting your license numbers?

Hey all,
Just wondering where you guys are putting the numbers, trail permits and registration sticker on your sleds. Thanks.

I put my permit on the bottom of my windshield, but some people put it on the top of the head light if they dont have one. I put my licence #ers on the plastic piece that goes from the gas tank to the top of the headlight.

I have mine on the sides of the airbox. Some of the models have Yamaha stickers in this spot.

I wasn't sure if the Ontario numbers would stick to the black plastic over the belt and battery, so I put mine on the rear of the tunnel on each side, cutting the decal to fit the contours of the tunnel in each spot. Looks pretty good.

Its not the proper location, but I had them there on my ol' 1990 Phazer II and the police never had an issue with them.

i peeled off the yamaha stickers and put them there as well. i put my trail sticker on the front side of one of the handguards.

What did you do on the right side? Did you put the sticker right on the plastic or use a plate also?

Thanks for all the ideas! I wanted to see what you guys did because i'm putting on a new windshield and will have to replace my stickers. Now I know some places to put them!

On the GT and VL the windshield works great.
