i have been looking for this bolt for my secondary clutch, but cannot find it, is it possible to replace with just a regular bolt? 2003 Yamaha RX-1Mountain
the partzilla part number is

90105-14766-00

I looked at google for images and it looks like a regular flange headed
fine thread bolt . Sometimes the shank is machined down or formed
in such a way the the shank can be slightly "crooked" in the bushing
and will let the machined bushing bottom out square .
Std flange are 10.9 .. some are 12.9 so they use smaller heads generally.
Expect you don't have the original bolt ??? and really don't know
how easy to get stuff in Alaska.. If you have to wait for one , probably should
wait for a factory version. Seemed to fit a number of models and used ones
for sale .
Your orig bolt spit out of sled and still hasn't landed , or just swept up ?
Can you take shaft with you to finger test at a bolt shop ?
Hope someone has their secondary off and tell you otherwise.

actually my bolt is still in the secondary, but last winter it started backing itself out and when i tried tightening it it started to bend, so i want to get a replacement and fix it before i have a serious problem. thanks for the info, ill see if i can get it out without snapping it and take it down to a bolt shop, then i can always order the proper replacement.

I have some here and can gladly ship one to AK via us mail. $10 for the bolt plus the shipping. They are an aluminum bolt but would not have to be. Don't know the length off hand, but it is an M14 x 1.5 pitch

I'm gonna see if i can find one here, and if not i'll take you up on your offer.
