Where is Lakercr?

Hi guys,

Some of you may have noticed that I've been a bit absent the past few months, and I get the odd email/call/PM (more now that the season is fast approaching) wondering if everything is OK?

Short answer is yes, in fact, things are really great - my wife and I are expecting our first little one mid-January! The combination of a busy work & travel schedule combined with some serious home renos has pretty much got the death-grip on my free time. Sledding is going to be taking a back seat to other priorities for this winter. That said, here's a few things I'd like to mention:

My engine builds and turbo installations are booked until April 2010; I'm not taking on any new work.

BPE is not a paid advertiser this season. Ulmer Racing (www.ulmerracing.com) remains the authorized
dealer/distributor for all of our specialty products. Please call Allen for any product enquiries.

I'm still available for calls/emails/PM's, but please understand if it takes me a day or two to follow up with you. I probably post 80% of the time from the shop computer (like I am right now) and I expect my shop time this winter will be scaled back significantly.

I think that about covers it. Hoping everyone has their best season ever; safe sledding!!

Congrats! Good for you putting your family first and work second, that is the true test.

My little girl just turned one and is now walking but at least her sleep as lengthened to over 5 hours per night. LOL

Whether boy or girl, I am sure they will be turning wrenches soon!
