I am putting a boost gauge on my Nytro. Should I hook up my boost gauge line on the end of the MPI supplied T going into the throttle bodies? MPI had a hose cap on it. In the install guide, the T is shown in the pictures, figure 37A.

It seems that I have caught all boost experts out riding.
I hooked my gauge (Autometer 0-15 psi) to the end of this tee this morning. I'm worried that I should of bought a vacuum/boost gauge as at idle there is a decent vacuum. It does read boost quite accurately once the throttle is opened up.
First impressions, I like the install spot on the handlebars, lower side. Easy to see and out of the way. Think digital would be easier to read than the needle and having a max recall would be nice.

I went with the digital aem boost gauge and aem a\f. Mounted the gauges by the stock gauge. I welded the bung on the intercooler for my pressure sensor.

Any manifold line will work to hook your boost gauge too. Most of the vacuum lines near the throttle bodies work quite well for this. I wouldn't worry about a vacuum/boost gauge unless you want to know how much vacuum your pulling at idle. It won't affect the gauge and as soon as you come off idle it would be useless anyway

I put a tee in the line feeding the gems controller. The pic is hard to tell because of how I mounted it.

Your install is really nice. I thought that it may break stuff when rolling over.
Sask Attak- The MPI supplied T at the throttle bodies seems to be working great. I originally was worried about interrupting or stealing boost from the GEMS controller. I see now that I would of been ok.
Thanks to all.
