Thanks.

Well I still have not decided what to order. Couple things that have me leaning back to the vector is the gas tank size & gas mileage. We ride where its long distance between gas stations & I know the vector usually can make it. My brother's 08 apex runs out of gas & he always has to carry gas. The apex xtx gas tank is even smaller, but I still like the Apex xtx with the EPS. It's a tough decision I'm be making in the next week or so. Apex XTX or vector ltx gt?

If you trail ride, i think you would like the Vector Better. It probably is about 40 lbs lighter in the front than the APEX EPS.
Plus the Vector Motor makes the same if not more power at trail rpm.
Plus I think the hood actually looks more modern. I was at the toronto show a few days ago and I couldn't help thinking the new APEX really looked old. Cars and sled styling is going the way of flat shapes and facets (Think XP and Rush), it makes the Yammies look dated, and as the new Apex is even curvier in my opinion it looks even more dated.
The Apex seat is higher, but it still isn't high enough and who knows when someone will make a higher one.
I do know though that Mountain Mod does have some for the old Apex/Vector that will fit and are in stock, and give the seat a nice 3-4" lift, they will not be making anymore.
Personally I would get the Vector LTX, get the Mountain Mod high seat(probably saves 10 lbs as well), a wide front end kit and 13 mm swaybar from Pioneer Performance(saves 5 lbs as well), and you would have a sled probably 55 lbs lighter than the APEX EPS.
You would save so much money you could put floats all around and save even more, however I'm not a big fan of Front Floats, maybe just do the back one, but it would save another 15 lbs, 70lbs total.
I would take that set-up any day of the week, and it would probably still be cheaper even with floats than the APEX EPS.

I see your from Ontario as well. The sleds are dead reliable buy an leftover 2010 from the states and save thousands. If the motor was ever to blow, just take it back over the border.

I made the tough decision & ordered the apex xtx. I love the EPS on my grizzly and didn't want to miss out on this in a sled. I got the xtx, as I did not wanted to go back to a shorter track.

Congrats!
I'm leaning towards the standard model but I really like the XTX - If we can stop smiling long enough, let's compare notes in January of 2011!
