2024 Catalyst RXC
2017 Sidewinder LTX-SE. 11750 miles (SOLD)
100% agree Rich on the moveable sheave adjuster. Smooth as butter engagement! Problem is on the catalyst not enough room between clutch cover and side panel for a adjuster. I bought my cover from Precision awhile ago. Like 2023 some pointI wish Thunder would incorporate their belt adjuster into the cover like the other 911 covers. I have had one on a couple of sleds. Being able to adjust moveable sheeve to belt clearance makes a big difference on how the clutch engages. I believe it also keeps heat down in that low area of the primary.

Catalyst is really tight in the clutch area. Belt removal is not easy. Once you do it a few times its okay but its TIGHT in that area on the catlayst. It took me alot of miles to get mine running right. Its flat out rips corner to corner. 600 trail ripper. Really fun sled and the catalyst begs for rider input. it is NOT a sit and ride. It loves when you move around and lean. Totally different sled compared to prcross. IMO the procross is more sit and ride cruiser. That is what they explained to me when I contacted them.
