was just thinking this morning about all the different bolt on mods for the viper and all the different vendors that are jumping on board to make products. Thought it would be neat for more folks to share some videos of what they're doing with their vipers, whether it be a video installing a specific can, an airbox mod or aftermarket intake setup, different clutch kits and how they are adjusted and what tools are needed, suspension settings and the list can go on and on. I'm sure there's more people like me that need to see something to understand it, even pictures at times are hard to understand but videos make everything much clearer. Just a thought and maybe there's more ideas out there. The main one I'm thinking of at the moment is all the different clutch setups out there right now, would be nice for people to see the exact kit they are getting or considering getting and how that specific kit is installed, setup and adjusted. I'm sure nospro would would be more than happy to share more on the new thunder products clutch kit and something I'd like to see myself in a video is stingray's airbox mod. Cannondales has a great video out there someplace showing the difference between a stock rear viper shock and one that he revalved that gives a good insight on ride quality. Any thoughts or ideas?

Well I'm a woodworker, but have taken up a bit of metal working lately to make a new heat shield for my mpi turbo, I've invented a couple new words that are not yet known to the English language lol. I know nospro and Allen ulmer have some videos out there showing different things regarding clutches, I just think that some videos directed right towards a specific kit or setup would be real nice.

My list of upgrades for my Viper includes an aftermarket can (not sure which one yet) and some Hygear shocks. I would love to have step by step videos showing the removal of the stock muffler and installation of an aftermarket replacement, as well as shock removal and replacement. That is probably pretty basic stuff for most people on this site, but there are probably some people like me that have never done it themselves, or seen it done. What are people wanting to see?

Unless someone beats me to it I'll be pulling my shocks out for servicing sometime in the next month, I'll be sure to video it, and also will be installing a can on a friends 7000 so will video that too.

You twisted my arm, I'll look it over this week and go over the thread again and hopefully be able to put it back together without too many holes in it that aren't suppose to be there lol

I don't have a heat shield and panel was getting hot last year. Went to Napa and purchased some adhesive backed heat tape and stuck it on the inside of panel. It's still there with no evidence of heat and worked great. Even at 96 degrees drag racing this summer it didn't get hot. I'll take a pic when I get home of what I used. You twisted my arm, I'll look it over this week and go over the thread again and hopefully be able to put it back together without too many holes in it that aren't suppose to be there lol
